1 cup Pineapple Juice

1 tbsp Honey or Agave

Juice of 1/2 Lime

Finish with Sparking Water or Prosecco

Directions:

1. In a shaker or jar, gently muddle mint leaves with honey/agave to release their oils.
2. Add pineapple juice, lime juice, and ice. Shake lightly.
3. Strain into two glasses filled with ice.
4. Top with sparkling water for a Mocktail or Prosecco for a celebratory close.
5. Garnish with a Mint Sprig or Pineapple Wedge.
